Mobile Service
Let me tell you about the mobile reiki service I now offer for your pet; small or large.
I decided to offer the service as a mobile one, as often the main triggers for stress in an animal is being taken outside of their own environment; often displayed when handled and transported to either the vets, or groomers. As I am mobile, on my arrival, animals usually settle quickly enabling a trust to develop between us.
All I require is a quiet space where I can sit, and, rather than impose Reiki on the animal, offer it as a gentle, non-invasive energy that the animal can choose to accept or decline as in the Let Animals Lead method.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing technique where practitioners channel energy to promote balance and well-being. Unlike traditional medical treatments, Reiki addresses both physical and emotional imbalances, fostering a comprehensive path to wellness. Healing sessions are designed to be non-invasive and completely led by the animal’s comfort and willingness to engage.
Benefits for Animals
Reiki healing can provide a wide range of benefits, similar to those experienced by humans. It can help alleviate physical discomfort, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, accelerate healing after surgery or injury, and support overall well-being. Animals may also exhibit improved behaviour, increased trust, and enhanced emotional bonding with their human caregivers as a result of Reiki treatments.
Understanding Animal Sensitivity
Animals are often more sensitive to energy than humans, so there is a need to approach them with care and respect.
Non-Verbal Communication
I rely on non-verbal cues and intuition to understand the animal’s needs and preferences. This may involve observing the animal’s body language, behavior, and energy patterns to assess how they’re responding to the Reiki treatment.
Hands-On or Distant Healing
Reiki healing can be administered through hands-on touch or from a distance, depending on the animal’s comfort level. For hands-on treatments, practitioners may gently place their hands on or near the animal’s body, allowing the Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most. In distant healing sessions, Reiki energy is sent to the animal from a distance, using visualisation techniques and intention.
Tailoring the Session
Reiki sessions are tailored to suit the individual needs and temperament of each animal, within their own environment, but may also adapt the approach based on the specific health issues or behavioural concerns of the animal.

I have practised Reiki for over 20 years, more recently acquiring my Holy Fire® Master Reiki certificate in Feb ‘22.
I have always had an affinity with animals; horse mad in my younger days, and dog groomer in my later years.
There have been lots of small animals, chicken rescues, and ponies in between.
My connection with Animals has given me so much joy in my life, and I feel that I have something that I can offer in return. They continue to teach me to live in the moment, and practice unconditional love.
Charges
Domestic Pets £40
Yard animals £50
Timeframe
Visits will be for an hour. Once the animal has settled, the healing lasts approximately 20 – 40 mins
Travel
I will travel to your home or yard. An additional charge of £5 will be made for travel beyond 3 miles radius of BL7.

I follow the ‘Let Animals Lead’ method developed by Kathleen Prasad. This unique approach respects each animal’s natural wisdom and autonomy, allowing them to guide their own healing journey.
